We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Express delivery options are available at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your Petal Wax all the way to your door.

Returns

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not completely in love, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@petalwax.com within 7 days and we'll make it right immediately.
